Nuzhat Ahmed, M.D., N.C.M.P.

Board Certified in Internal Medicine · NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner

Dr. Nuzhat Ahmed earned her medical degree from Dow University of Health Sciences and completed her Internal Medicine residency at University Medical Center Brackenridge in Austin in 1997. She spent 15 years as a senior staff physician at The Austin Diagnostic Clinic.

She has also served as Medical Director for a long-term health care center and for home health and hospice agencies. In 2012, she founded Centennial Primary Care, where her approach emphasizes prevention and long-term health.

Her professional memberships include the Collin-Fannin County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, North American Menopause Society, and National Osteoporosis Foundation.
